We've owned this coffee maker for about a month now and love it. Easy to setup for programmed brewing. The thermal pot is the best feature because it doesn't burn the coffee and it isn't as fragile as glass pots.

Had this coffee maker now for almost a year.I find the maker to be a very good one.Makes coffee within 4 minutes.Coffee stays hot for quite awhile in the carafe.My only complaint is the leaking of water from the bottom of the maker.

I like the removable water carafe and the way it is designed. You dont have to pour the fresh water into the top of the maker like some other brands. Coffee is hot, and the Stainless coffee carafe seals the heat in. Stays hot. Good coffee

I absolutely love this coffee maker BUT am having a terrible time locating the water filter that it uses.

This coffee maker does leave water under it each and every time you use it. Also, to make a brew in the strength you want is impossible.

Using this unit for over a month and coffee still tastes like plastic.
