I wish it had longer USB and phone wires

Great product. Works as advertised with a few slight dialing quirks that they should be a little more forthright with up front ; (Most folks from POTS background are used to just dialing 1+ the number. That just doesn't fly with this device...)

More than six months, works very well.

you need to asign a speed dial number to each number you want to dial, and need to have your computer on all day.

Price, very small and looks good, software is easy to install for anyone and works perfect with Skype.

While it can be related to Skype itself, the internet, etc.

Took it out of the box, put it in the phone line.

The only downside is that only the Skype speeddial numbers can be addressed by your phone.
