I totally agree with the other review. In addition to their problems we found another major one. Whenever we used one of the handsets it 'killed' our internet connection. Just a poorly designed phone. Would not advise anyone to buy this item.

Needed new phones in house. These allow you to link your cell to the base and use one of these handsets as your cell phone. Great for the big guy since my cell is too small to use easily. My land line will be gone in a month or two. Great product.

If you buy this phone as a bundle with the extension handset, then you will probably want to go ahead and get the bundle with TWO handsets. To purchase an additional handset is almost $50.
