3 base stations in under a year for all the exact same reasons... One day it will work then overnight they die.. Lines get so much static you cant hear anything on them or go completely dead all together.. First one lines 2 and 3 went completely dead...

This might be the worst electronic device I have ever purchased. The answering machine works only sporadically, there is no voice caller ID, and the sound quality is atrocious. I am going to return it, and I will never purchase anything by VTech again.

only hold charge about 2 days with light use. Now I have to put it in the station all the time. Not happy if I have to change battery myself within a year. thats not ok !

I needed a replacement handset for one I dropped in the pool (they're not waterproof haha). The directory function is drawn out and difficult to use and the buttons tend to stick every now and then. Does keep its charge for a couple of days of normal use.
