My family got this phone about a year ago, and it hasn't given us any technical problems. The range is good. It's upstairs and I've used it outside by the garage. It's clear most of the time, and the caller ID is a great plus. Overall, a good phone.

this phone seriously stinks. the ONLY redeeming factors are its ease of setup. the voice quality is horrible, and the range is the worst of any phone i've ever used. you may as well just buy a wired handset with a 100 foot cord.

The handfree is exceptional quality but I am sorry to say that the displays afters 18 months have failed. Only half the information is showing making it difficult to read. This the second BT stencil branded phones which has developed faults.

I was very excited to see a new one of these for sale. I have had by for almost five years and have dropped it one too many times. I will have to try and be a little more careful with the new one.

purchased a phone from them. although they marked it as used, this thing should have been marked done. The keys are mostly rubbed off. the battery for the cordless part was dead...but it arrived on time.
