Consumer review (newegg.com)

I normally go for cheap, but...

I didn't even realize that this was an older/discontinued model when I purchased it... it was cheap so I got it. I liked it so much that the wife began asking for hers so.... I began searching for a Sonicare for her and THAT'S when I discovered that...

Cleans teeth really well, quiet, maintains strong charge, quality constructed

Replacement heads cost quite a bit more than the newer type heads. Heavier and larger than the current style models. All sonicare models will take some time to get used to the strange new 'feeling' when brushing but trust me within two weeks it will...

Disappointing for a previous sonicare owner

Cheapest Sonicare out there. This is a nice entry level price.

I recently purchased this at another store and upon using it discovered that it lacks the quadpacer timer. If you had a sonicare before and know what that means (a reminder beep every 30 seconds to know when to move to a different section of your...

Work's well.

But it just do so cheep brush's will cost more then this in the long run and this help's you're mouth so just do it.

Love it. The price is right and this brush make's a big difference

Flimsy...Don't get me wrong it's amazing and it's not so bad that i say no go. I had an older one one of the first that came out and all i can say is this 1 is just lighter and feel's a bit fragile

Philips re-introduced a flawed design

It's roughly fifty bucks. For about 25 more you can get a basic sonicare Flexcare or an equally well designed waterpik sensonic. Sensonic replacement heads are cheaper than Phillips. I went with Flexcare as I had a box of spare heads.

It's sonicare technology, so it cleans your teeth very well and can even lighten them a shade.

The issue is that this type of head was on the original sonicare. Saliva, toothpaste foam and water seeps into the interior of the head. It becomes a nasty smelly mess unless you CONSTANTLY clean it and dry the inside. I am shocked they dared to...

Works very well!

Like the other reviewer said, maybe pick up another couple sets of heads, I'm always disappointed when they update models and quit supporting the old versions.

Holds a charge for some time, easy to change heads, heads last a while, easy to use, timer helps. Both my wife and I are using the same body and the charge lasts about 2 weeks or so, brushing twice a day, each. 3 second head swap. This thing works like...

Do NOT take the brush head out of your mouth while brushing or you will have toothpaste spraying everywhere!

Worth every cent....

I would buy the extra head replacements now. You never know when a model changes and they are not available.

I don't own this model but I have the HX6710 which I've owned for over two years replacing an even older model. Using this type of dental care product has really paid off. I had not seen a dentist in over four years (just been busy) and I saw the...

None at all.
