Risky purchase - can't recommend

 

If they could be more upfront so the customer doesn't feel blindsided by sudden changes, that would be a start.

- Good deal for the price (if it works) - customer support is fairly prompt to respond/help (when they can) (added: recieved my refund without hassle so I can order another computer faster, so there's that at least. I gave back a star for that)

- Computer showed overheating problems soon after purchase. Power supply burned out unexpectedly during normal use in a well-ventilated area; made the whole room smell like burning. - Was offered and accepted a replacement, rather than attempt to...

Good memory, fast processor and excellent video card

The 600 watt Thermaltake power supply is a little light for a power supply. My power supply died after only 3 months of mild use when I pushed the system for the first time with a graphics intensive game.

No Service and False Activation

 

I can't say I would at the moment, I mean look at the other reviews, it appears this product is a hit or a miss. I sadly missed

Looks great

Well the company will not answer my calls or reply to my emails. They send me a false activation code, and anytime I try to at least skip the activation code process it reboots itself and starts over
