Malfunctioning Parts/Horrendous Customer Service

1 Year Warranty is another way of saying, something will go wrong soon after a year. I will never buy ASUS again and would encourage others not to in a general sense.

I have had great success running this computer at full graphics. The computer does get rather hot during play. Turning down the graphics helps with heat issues. I have had zero issues with the performance of the PC from a performance standpoint until...

Have had 2 major issues with this computer within a year and a half. First the graphics card malfunctioned and the screen would distort itself during play. Customer service at Asus tried to blame me for the issue, but eventually cooperated. You have to...

Great PC

ASUS G Series G10AC-US009S Gaming PC Intel Core i7-4770 (3.40GHz), 32GB Memory, 1TB HDD, 3GB NVIDIA GTX 760, Windows 8 64-bit / Specs of my Asus PC

Great PC have had it over a year with no problems at all . I must have got a great deal as mine has 32gigs of ram and a blue ray optical drive . I game and almost every game max settings ! I got mine for $1,300 with a Tt Meka keyboard and mouse .

More fans would have been nice .

ASUS G-10AC

you will need to partition drive C to get rid of their silly drive d:"DATA" partition which is incompatible with most games wanting to install on drive C: I used a free DL partition app for doing just that.

32 gigs ram 3 gigs video memory will run everything maxed out

keyboard & mouse are cheap and worthless gtx 760 is a scaled-down version running at 192 bits and it can overheat (80+C) when running certain games maxed out

Casual Gamer Review

-Great for Gaming or Home PC use. -Runs all of my 2013 Steam released games on High/Ultra settings no problem 30-60 FPS. -Never had over heating issues. -Plenty of memory for hundreds of games.

-Price seems a bit high, could of built a custom PC for half the cost with better results! -No SSD -Windows 8... MEH

THE WORST

Worked fine for the first 4-5 months then all of a sudden crashed. My graphics card was clearly failing and they asked me to do a bunch of useless troubleshooting. I had to call ASUS about 20X before they were willing to take my PC in for Repair. They...

Works as advertized - great value for money

I'd recommend it as a gaming machine! Also, there is a lot of room in the desktop box and 32 GB of RAM to allow for lots of headroom to upgrade, further extending the life of this machine!

It offers great performance for a reasonable price to have 32GB of RAM and an 8-core i7 4000 seriers processor, a higher-end NVidia card, and a TB of disk. The popular video games, like World of Tanks, now runs at 60 FPS on "High" graphics settings. So...

When using one of those PC migration tools, it couldn't transfer all of my old machine to this machine. The C drive was configured too small and I had to manually combine the C and D drive into one 1TB C drive. Mind you, that isn't a criticism of ASUS,...

Parts is parts

It works, it boots in about 5 seconds, it's SILENT, it blasts through the latest hard core games on a BenQ 24" 16x9 1 ms monitor. I have a feeling I will be using this as my primary machine for a long time, probably adding more SSD for Xmas. I did buy...

I needed to replace an ancient P4 running XP so I bought this for the processor, Video card and the RAM. It was a bargain for those parts alone.

It's a Micro ATX motherboard in a Mid Tower sized case with only two 5 inch bays and two 3 1/2 inch bays, with a silly plastic sloping front that takes up too much space and does not provide direct acess to the 5 inch bays. The top bay is for a slim...

Pretty impressive so far...

All in all this is a great system. Windows 8 takes some getting used to, and if you're like me and have been resisting the upgrade, make sure you have a way to transfer files in a way other than using a network drive. Also check any components or...

I bought this to replace a system I built 8 years ago. I was running the latest processor and RAM etc of the time. I was also running Windows XP sp3. Since Microsoft was no longer supporting it, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I did a lot of...

My only con is Windows 8.1 is not compatible with a lot of the hardware that I used with my old system and there is no way around it. I have an old Sony Handycam that I used quite often that recorded to DV tapes. There are no IEEE ports for firewire...

Second try

ASUS desktops are AWFUL. I really like their components but as far as a desktop provider, I will never consider it again. I have built hundreds of computers so I do have some knowledge. This is the second one I purchased. My first review is below....

None on this computer

DOA - purchased almost a month ago and still have yet to get it to power up. ASUS tech support is practically useless.

Looks ok but!

I do not own this machine reviewing based on config. Right now unless you do 3D rendering beyond gaming 32 GB RAM is actually slower than 16 in most cases, this has to do with how fast the CPU can Address the RAM. Because you will likely never need...

ASUS (they really make good stuff) STABLE BRAND NVIDIA GRAPHICS I7 Large HDD Blu-Ray

Windows 8 32 GB RAM (I will get to this in Other Thoughts) There is a better way to configure this for the same cost, if you were building yourself see Other Thoughts section.
