CyberPower Gaming Squadron 1000

Decent machine, good price for futureproofing, should be easily upgraded to deal with future requirements at a low price.

Case is a little flimsy and the front door to access the disc-based drives is a bit fiddly, but this is pretty much all I can complain about.

Whilst quite pricey, this is a fantastic computer - certainly the best I've ever owned. The graphics and processor are lightning fast, and it can effortlessly play more modern games (such as "Rage") at the highest settings. The case looks slick, is...

For the price, it's strange that there's no WiFi network card included. The hard drive, whilst large, is actually really quite slow - and drags the overall "Windows Experience" score of the machine way down. It also means that it's actually quicker to...

Fast, silent, looks good and plenty of expansion options.

USB ports a little stiff and haven't had time to check out additional PSU connections if I wish to expand and add a second internal HDD. Tower case a little on the large side. No 3.5 inch bay to allow for card reader to be installed.

Great Performance

I bought this to play BF3 on high settings and it does it perfectly. The HDD space and Blu ray writer are a bonus but case looks great and I like the fact the fans are controllable. I only put them on high while game playing, I'm pleased I waited for...
