Nice unit

I have used many cyber power units for various clients for years and the covers breaking in shipping is the ONLY complaint I have ever had.

Excellent capacity and features for the money

As others have said they need to pack them better. Every single plastic cover plate on the front was broken off ond the boxes were intact. If they would ship them with the handles attached this probably wouldn't happen

Stable UPS

The unit uses a NEMA L5-30P pkug type and receptacles are readily available. Buying without researching on anything of this magnitude is one mistake. Returning such a quality product without researching HOW you could use it is the second mistake. Pity.

The UPS is stable and is great for larger PSU's (1000W). Rackable with dedicated fans

To get 3000 watts, you will need a different power plug, because you can not get 3000 Watts via a normal outlet. I am simply saying this is a great UPS, but it was not fair for the previous writer to only give it 1 star. He should have checked the...
