Cannot Restart?

IF I can get this working correctly, it will be great. Otherwise, it was a huge let-down.

I love the size and form factor of this device, and the speed I get from such a small package is impressive and can do anything I need it to. The price was right, and if I can get my issue resolved, I think this little thing will work out well
