Except for the techs sloppy work in putting the computer back together everything seems fine. Interesting to note that it has two key codes. One for Vista, and another for "Win 7 for refurbished computers."

great purchase

I had 5 aging XP machines (4 in our office, and 1 with my parents). This option allowed me to change all of them out with a minimum of fuss and expense. The one question I did have was answered quickly by the AST tech support.

Refurb is by a company called AST which is mentioned. Also not mentioned is their cheap keyboard and mouse which is included in the package.
