Lenovo IdeaCentre K430

With its affordable price tag and good range of features, the Lenovo IdeaCentre K430 gaming desktop is a solid choice.

Affordable. Tool-free chassis makes for easy upgrades. Front-mounted USM socket is a great touch.

No Blu-ray player. Only two USB 3.0 ports. Some bloatware. Strains in higher quality gaming settings.

Lenovo IdeaCentre K430

In a move to gain some ground in the gaming PC market, the Lenovo IdeaCentre K430 brings some serious power and performance to the table. The K430 has an Intel Core i7 CPU, a whopping 12GB of RAM, a 2TB hard drive and discrete Nvidia Graphics. There's...

Lemon?

I am a hard disk repair tech by profession. I set this station up for a friend. It worked fine until I installed a second drive. My goal was to switch out the 2TB drive that came with it with a 512GB SSD. No matter what drive I attached Windows 8...

Great performing quality desktop

I have been using this over a month now. It has never stuttered at all. It is quiet. It runs extremely cool. It is good looking. It is easy to move around thanks to its light weight and built in handle. The built in wifi is very strong. I was glad to...

Quiet Muscle

This is the first time I bought a factory machine, I've always built bare bones. The gaming package on the refurb I bought made this one desirable. I love this box! It's very quiet, boots in seconds and I haven't been able to get the processors to bog...

Solid machine, as advertised

I got the machine about 2 weeks ago, and am very happy with it. I immediately checked the cpu(s), ram, and video card, they match the spec. It boots quickly, and is very quiet. All in all, a solid machine. I definitely wanted Windows 7, not 8.

Met expectations

The computer starts up fast, stays quiet and so far no issues. It has only been a couple of weeks but so far it has met my expectations.

PSU scares me

Don't own it but I was feeling pretty good about everything this computer has to offer when I saw that the PSU is only 280 WATTS. Whoa! It just doesn't seem like a very good idea.

Excellent Choice

Fast and quiet machine boots and shuts down in under a minute. Lighter in weight than my old computer and takes up less room. Fast processor and just the right amount of RAM for my needs. I'm very pleased with the graphics and like the fact that this...
