    About Sony

Sony's digital compact cameras are all about the features. The point-and-shoots generally have more shooting modes and picture adjustments than other cameras. Sony also makes a line of "prosumer" compact cameras which have a large image sensor in them that's comparable to a DSLR, but in the body of a compact camera. Although the Sony cameras are known primarily for their features, the picture quality is pretty good. Sony has their own proprietary memory format which is something to watch out for, but many of their cameras also support standard SD cards. Sony digital compact cameras are a great choice for anyone who wants a good camera.
