Canon A530 Silver 5.0 MP 1.8" 77K LCD 4X Optical Zoom Digital Camera

Nice camera for the price. Good feature set, sharp, clear and great color

Still too much shutter lag for my taste but that is what you get w/ inexpensive digitals. I wish they'd address this area though

newegg rocks

simple to use, yet quality pictures. I never connect camera to computer, I use memory card to transfer all images. flawless performance

4 direction switch on back panel is in awkward place, just by picking up the camera, it can be sent into different modes without knowing. switch should be a bit smaller and require higher pressure to use

Great Camera... Mostly

They could have made the LCD border look less like they just put a smaller screen in.

It is lighteight for a camera of its size. It also takes great pictures. I really like the manual mode. Almost every setting can be changed. I would, for the most parrt, reccommend this camera

Major lag after taking a picture with the flash on. takes about 3 secs for those pics to process. With the flash off, the lag is almost nonexistant, which is good. That is my only con

bad camera

I really wanted to like this camera, but that lag was just way too frustrating. I suggest going to a couple of stores and trying out the camera, I wish I had.

I want a camera that goes "click" in a reasonable period of time after I press the button. This camera was not that camera. Indoors the camera had a lag of around 2.5 seconds. This would be great if I knew the future, then I could hit the button in...

Everything else was good. Good feel, good controls, really good pictures, good functionality of the movie mode

Great/Simple

Great product for the money, however if you spend another $xx you can get the 6.0 megapixel Powershot A540 with a bigger LCD screen for viewing, I would do it. However image quality will not be much better. as I played with both cameras at the local...

Great, Camera that I bought for my wife. Easy to setup, configure and quite fast for taking pictures. Colors are great. I have a Olympus E-Volt E500 and I wouldn't mind having this a quick backup ; Battery Life seems to be good, but I have my wife use...

Pretty Lightweight, may seem easy to break

Good Camera

Buy an upgrade to the memory stick.

Very good clarity, pictures come in well and software makes it so easy a novice can understand. And she does, since I bought it for her

Very small memory card, only holds 10-15 pictures maximum

Amazing

I will buy from Cannon my next camera!

Cheap, many features, only use 2 AA batteries, and a SD card, easy to use, and great resolution

SD included is too small you need to buy more memory, maybe a pair of rechargable batteries would be excellent combo
