Kodak EasyShare DX3215

Like the other EasyShare models, the DX3215 can use the $79 EasyShare dock, which allows for ultra-simple photo transfer to your Mac or PC

EasyShare system convenient ; Good photo quality

EasyShare dock is another $80 ; Slow startup, shot-to-shot times ; Lousy menus ; Very few options ; Barebones playback mode ; Only a 2X optical zoom ; No movie mode

I have learned that with the Kodak EasyShare cameras, you definitely get what you pay for. I was very happy with the DX3900 and recommended it. I wasn't as pleased with the DX3600. But the DX3215 is definitely the worst of the bunch, and not a camera I...

Kodak DX3215

The simple 1.3 megapixel Kodak DX3215 is at the lower end of "good" digital cameras. It comes with a USB cable, video cable, wrist strap, lens cap, two CD-ROMs featuring Kodak Picture Software, a single Kodak CRV3 MAX Lithium non-rechargeable battery,...

Very expensive

You get 4X zoom (2X optical and 2X digital), and the DX3215 is equipped with a 35mm equivalent 30 - 60mm f/4.5 - 9.0 zoom lens. It also features a real-image optical viewfinder and a color LCD screen measuring 1.6 inches diagonally, which enables you...

How sweet it clicks

The first thing I did when I took this baby out of the box is put batteries in it and fire it up. Nothing. I heard some clicking sounds and that was it. I called the vendor and they agreed to replace it. I got a new one a week later, and the same...

Amazing pictures, easy and fast picture transfer, good flash.

Must use NiMH batteries, insufficient zoom.

What Good Does It Do If It Does Not Even Stay On? A Digital Journey

If it does not work, return it. But make sure you do so while the manufacturer's warranty is still good. In addition, you should always extend the life of your digital gadgets by purchasing some warranty. Just to make sure. My journey in the new...

Is it just me?

We got our DX 3215 for Christmas. I took it out of the box and got some great pictures. It was easy to upload the pics to our pc, and all was good. One day, my wife was taking a picture of our 3 month old son. The camera froze, and just plain died....

Lightweight. Easy to use. Good customer service, so far.

Recommended starter digital camera

Easy to use, straight forward functions and design.

Am I being picky? Camera strap in wrong location and no lens cap!
