What's in the Box

The real downer here is the floppy support - you can only store four photos for disc, and it's very slow reading and writing the disc. The optional FlashPath Memory Stick adapter will certainly take care of the capacity problem, but not the speed...

The Sony Mavica MVC-FD95 is a camera that bears a striking resemblance to Sony's camcorders, especially the controls. That's not a bad thing though. But what really stands out is the bulk of this camera -- it's giant. Its dimensions are 5 x 5 x 7.25...

Owned the Camera and used it for 3 years

The MVC-FD95 was a great camera for my nature photography needs when I bought it. 10x optical zoom made it beat out all the competition. Also using floppy disks helped me as I didn't have adapters and memory cards. Here is my opinion of the camera...

Good quality, great zooming abilities, uses floppies, many user options.

Long shutter delay, slow writing speed to memory stick.

A great camera as long as it lasts...

I got my Mave (as I named her) 2 1/2 years ago. She was my second digicam, the first being a Polaroid Photo Max Fun Flash. It was one of the first "sample" digital cameras, so it didn't even have a model number. It was VGA, not even a 1MP yet. I got ...

Beautiful images. I loved to use standard SLR lenses on her. Floppy were easy too.

700.00 camera, you should be able to afford getting it fixed at a reasonable price.

Nice piece of equipment, but a bit expensive.

I primarily use this camera for work to track progress on a construction site. I like it because it is sturdy and seems to hold up well in conditions like those I use it in.

Durable - High Quality Images - Night Shot Function

Expensive - Large Size
