Instructions for importing photos did not apply to a mac. I gave up and did my normal way of treating it as an external drive, it worked. I then downloaded instructions from the Sony site; so much better and complete than the printed ones supplied. Why...

The reason I purchased it because it had battery backup. Not because I love going around with my digi frame and show it to people (I use my ipad for that); but the battery keeps the clock running even if the digiframe is switched off.

My product's battery stopped working after 3 months. Was annoying because it the main reason I bought this. Had to send it to Sony center to fix it.

Picture, sound and product build quality are excellent

Menu navigation could be clearer. especally going to and selecting different images and folders this is not as obvious as it should be!

Excellent picture quality with a good selsction of personalised features. Excellent internal capacity.
