NOT TOO BAD

Overall, for the price, it's not a bad unit. My primary criteria was that it playback a variety of media and formats and so far I'm satisfied with what I've seen thus far. I would gladly pay a few dollars more for a sturdier tray and a few more front...

Compact design, relativly inexpensive. Initial media/format support tested well (DVD+R, CD-R, VCD, MP3 CD, JPEG, CDDA). Component video interface provides very nice picture quality

TRENT DVD-3351 Ultra-Slim Compact DVD Player

I've only watched two dvds on it so far but it was a breeze to hook up and is one of the few dvd players that is compact AND supports progressive output. Unfortunately there is no upscaling so your TV will have to display 480p. Looks great to me
