The problem with buying multiple Panasonic products all the remotes interact with the wrong machine, you cannot switch off the DVD player without switching off the HD recorder and vice versa

This product is damaged. It was poorly packed and the face was broken off when I received it. Also, title says black. Its not, its grey and all scratched up! On top of all of that there is no remote and/or cords. Thank you seller, you suck.
