Worked very well for myself and friends.

Played hundreds of different commercial and DVD-R discs with no problems.

No guarantee its successor (the 4000 model) is as good.

Its a nightmare Daewoo blows a chimp

Just like the other two reviews after 3 months it didnt recognize discs then it just wouldn't open up the drawer. I treated it so well was very careful. I have bought cheap vhs players for about 20.00 and I still have it for over 7 yrs. TV that is over...

the first 3 mos it worked fine

After that its plain garbage
