No DVD-A, SACD or USB port

If you care only about AV performance, this is an excellent purchase, but it is possible to get more for the money

Good design and ease of use

Bought unit for its upscaling to 1080p capabilities - but I could not see any difference with my old Toshiba ( not upscaling ) when displayed on my Toshiba 1080p LCD TV . So is upscaling just a gimic?

DivX compatibility would be perfect if it was coupled to a front mounted USB port for reading files from memory drives. Remote is too big and clumsy, and also the wrong colour! One or two functions are not listed in the user manual. Pity it's not...
