Pretty decent entry-level player

I purchased one of these on Black Friday at Wal-Mart and ave been pretty satisfied so far. I have read on some reviews of this player that many complain about it's looks. What the heck does that have to do with how it works? It is silver on all sides, ...

Great entry-level Blu-Ray for the price. Decent name brand.

Long delays in disc loads and no firmware upgrade that I can find.
