I have never owned a better DVD player for the price. It can read right over mid size scrathes. The design is also sleek. The picture is very sharp and has a lot of options for change. Theres a lot of hook ups making it a very campatible machine. Its...

Salesmen Opinion

Being a salesman I was quite impressed with this little DVD player. It was probably the best bang for your buck I could find in the store. I was strapped for cash and this was one of the only ones I could afford, I gladly took this over some poorer...

Hey, what more could you ask for?

What more to ask for? CD-Changer capabilities please. Other than that, I have no complaints. The picture quality is great, especially on a high definition television. All the buttons are there on the control panel, including sounds options and port...

Look no further

After deciding that DVDs made VHS tapes look like cassettes compared to CDs, I needed to jump into the world of high definition movies with both feet. Luckily RCA was there to make sure I didn't fall flat on my face.

Solidly built, easy-to-use, brings out the best in DVDs

Good bye VCR...

The day I received my first DVD player as a gift, I knew my video watching experiences would be for ever changed. I received it as a gift from a friend, he paid the price of $250 (since then the price has dropped around 20 dollars). As soon as I...

A Steal for the product

My husband wanted a DVD player so bad he could taste it. So I considered it for Christmas. I went and almost bought one but because the guy took too long I walked out. The next night I went to a different store and found this model (which is the one...

Not another piece of equipment....Please! (A woman's point of view)'s not enough that we have a surround sound, VCR, High Fi VCR, Tuner, Digital cable box and about 50 remotes to activate it all...but now you want a DVD player. "What for?" I asked! I just figured out how to turn on the TV without...

Easy controls, affordable. Great for a family TV.

May not have all the extras as a "expensive" model, but it does have all I think anyone would need. If you are a TV junkie with a big screen you may want more.

A Worthwhile Retail Player...but...

If I had to do it over again...I would not have purchased a DVD player in a retail store...why? Because the damn macrovision technology is such a pain in the arse, as they say in England.

Macrovision not so bad

Macrovision Is still there
