for the most part this is a great product. my only complaints are that unlike some gps units, you can't put the name of a store to find the closest one. the other feature i find us missing is a place where it tells you in words the route you will be...

didn't work

 

after i recieved it and charged it it wouldn't boot all the way i ended up spending 3 hours on the phone with tech support and they couldn't help ended up sending it in and got a REFURB unit back while it did work I paid for a new unit and spent more...

Not Bad but I would get a Garmin1350LMT

 

this unit is not as nice as the garmin since it has lifetime maps and lifetime traffic and is a better value and has a nicer street interface even though its only 4.3
