Doesn't get quite as hot as previous models. Is that because the hot plates aren't integrated?

Easy to clean.

Does not get sizzling hot due to plates being detachable hence takes twice as long to cook anything as my old grill did. No matter how long I leave bacon on it does not get crispy.

Having had a grill before and found it good this one with the removable plates is sooo much better and easy to clean no more arguing at who's going to clean it.

The catch that holds the plates I find a little tricky, but my husband doesn't.

Everything about it was good

I would never want to have another one which does not have removable plates. It makes a tremendous difference.

Compared to a similar sized one without removable plates, it does not seem to be so hot and is slower to cook.
