The Bose Sleepbuds earphones block out noise and play sound loops to help you fall asleep, but they have been recalled and are no longer recommended.

Quality sound loops. Programmable sleep timers and alarms. Solid battery life.

Expensive. Earpieces can start to become uncomfortable after several hours. No innovative technology at work here.

Bose Sleepbuds does not play music. Instead, they provide sleep-inducing sounds that will help with a good night's sleep.

Comfort is paramount and battery life is fabulous. Many features that make sleep easier

The silicone plugs seal the ear canal, so you hear your own breathing and swallowing, as if you are immersed in water. The price also seems a bit stiff.

Bose noise-masking sleepbuds can make it easier to fall asleep. They do not cancel noise, but mask it with sleep-inducing sounds.
