JH Audio JH13 Pro

The JH Audio JH13 Pro is a custom-molded in-canal earphone pair with top-notch balance of lows, mids, and highs—for a top-shelf price.

Excellent audio performance with well-balanced response. Freqphase technology delivers low, mid, and high frequencies simultaneously, eliminating lag time between lows and faster highs. Detachable cable.

Extremely expensive.

But many listeners might not hear a drastic difference between the JH13 Pro and the JH16 Pro, or at least, not one drastic enough to justify spending another $50. In this price range, though, I'd say it comes down more to audio preference rather than...

JH Audio JH16 Pro

JH Audio's JH16 Pro custom-molded earphones sound sublime, but they cost a small fortune.

Top-notch audio performance. Superb fitassuming you go to a reputable audiologist for your ear molds. Near-perfect ear-to-ear matching of frequency response.

Incredibly expensive. Cable tangles easily.

What does pure audio bliss sound like? You'll need to strap on a pair of JH13s to find out.
