Noontec Zoro

The Noontec Zoro shamelessly mimics the look of the pricey Beats by Dr. Dre, and though these headphones suffer from some minor distortion, they offer quality audio performance for a much lower price.

Reasonably priced. Quality audio performance at moderate volumes, with crisp mids and highs. Detachable cable adds value.

Minor distortion at maximum volumes on deep bass tracks. No phone controls on cable. Not terribly comfortable.

Conclusions Despite the minor distortion at top volumes and the delicate nature of the drivers, the Noontec Zoro is a pretty solid audio performer at normal listening levels. The detachable cable adds a bit of value to the purchase, even if doesn’t...

Noontec Zoro ( White)

Design and features The Zoro headphones' build quality is fair for the money, but no one's going to mistake them for an expensive pair. They fold up for compact storage but as with all hinged headphones in their price class, the plastic and metal...

The Noontec Zoro is an audiophile-oriented on-ear headphone model with a detachable cable and styling that mimics the Beats Solo, but with better sound quality.

The Zoro headphones lack an inline remote and microphone, and buyers craving heavy bass may be disappointed by its neutral sound.

Bona fide $100 audiophile headphones are rare, but the Noontec Zoros' remarkably clear and balanced sound will wow the cognoscenti.

The Noontec Zoro headphones are unusual in a number of ways, though some folks will first focus on their styling. The high-gloss finish and smooth headband mimic the look of the Beats by Dr. Dre Solo , but the resemblance ends there. The Zoro...

Noontec Zoro

Zoro takes on Dr. Dre. A rapier versus gangsta rap rapier wit. Who gonna win?

Clear, neutral sound, Foldable design

Poor noise isolation, Clear Beats rip-off

In design terms, Noontec's Zoro headphones are on the cutting edge of fashion, with flat earpieces that rest on the ear - they're strongly reminiscent of the Beats headphones the cool kids wear on the bus. Fortunately, if you happen to sitting next to...

Although they have a vibrant sound with clear bass and treble, we prefer more balanced headphones with better mid-range definition

Consumer review (cnet.com)

"Incredible sound quality for the price, definitely as good if not better than audio technica athm50xs. "

Strongly recommend and that is coming from a person who considers themselves an audiophile, easily one of the best purchases I have ever made!

The portability and all around range of the sound. Especially for rap/hip-hop.

Design is very similar to beats by dre headphones
