Plantronics BackBeat Fit

The Plantronics BackBeat Fit headphones are just about ideal for the gym, but not quite as suited for day-to-day use.

Rugged, sweat-proof design. Good audio performance. Secure fit doesn't block out external sounds. Includes an armband smartphone case.

Uncomfortable after prolonged use. Weak bass.

Conclusion The Plantronics BackBeat Fit is an excellent, gym-friendly Bluetooth headphone pair that comes with a handy armband that can hold your phone while you run. It lacks a bit of low-end, but it doesn't distort, and lets just enough sound bleed...

The Best Running Headphones

The Plantronics BackBeat Fit is the best set of headphones for runners because it's comfortable, it sounds great, and you can safely hear your surroundings.

Plantronics BackBeat Fit Review

The Plantronics BackBeat Fit bluetooth headphones are the absolute best headphones for working out . After using the BackBeat Fit and the JayBird BlueBuds X, it's clear that Plantronics delivers a better headphone for running, cycling and working out.

I really like that the BackBeat Fit headphones tell you the battery life as soon as you turn them on. this lets me know what the level is and if I need to toss them on the charger at the end of this workout. Plantronics promises eight hours of battery...

Plantronics BackBeat FIT Review

The Plantronics Backbeat FIT are the best unsealed wireless Bluetooth headphones. They have an eight-hour battery life and come with a convenient case that doubles as an armband to hold your phone during workouts and runs. Even though they aren't...

Despite not having a true seal, the earbuds still sound great and they are loud.

The bass on the Plantronics BackBeat FIT isn't as strong as on other pairs.

The Plantronics BackBeat FIT are a good choice for unsealed earbuds. They have strong audio quality, are lightweight and are water- and sweat-resistant.

Plantronics BackBeat Fit Review

Active people can now be liberated from those pesky cables. The $129 Plantronics BackBeat Fit provides excellent sound quality and long battery life for wireless earphones. The sometimes-iffy fit and touchy controls are outweighed by the portability...

Strong construction ; Nice sound quality ; Excellent battery life ; Included armband

May not fit some ears without adjustment ; Overly sensitive touch controls/buttons

The Plantronics BackBeat Fit over-the-ear headphones have solid sound, and touchy but useful controls.

Plantronics BackBeat Fit review

Over the years I've tried a fair number of wireless Bluetooth sports headphones and I've yet to come across one that's truly outstanding. Whether it's their performance or design, each model, even the best ones, tend to have some sort of niggling issue...

Plantronics BackBeat Fit is a lightweight wireless stereo headset (with integrated microphone) that features a sweatproof design and decent sound. It stays in your ears and most people should find it comfortable to wear. It also includes a reflective...

When you're running, the cord (around the back of your neck) does flop around a bit, which may bother some people. Would ideally cost closer to $100.

That Plantronics BackBeat Fit may not be perfect, but it's one of the best wireless sports headphones available.

Great pair of workout headphones

These are a great pair of headphones for working out at the gym. Although they are a bit fiddly to put them in they quickly connect to your phone and the battery life is great. I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the bass and level of noise...
