Sony MDR10RBT review

Beats currently makes one full-size wireless headphone, the Beats Studio Wireless . Sony, on the other hand, has a few different models to choose from, including the newly announced MDR-XB950BT and NWZ-WS613 . Herein, we're focusing on the MDR-10RBT, a...

The Sony MDR-10RBT is a well-designed Bluetooth headphone, sounds good for the money, and is comfortable to wear. Battery life is rated at a solid 17 hours and the headphones come with a carrying case.

While the transport controls are well-placed and easy to operate, they're a little prone to accidental button pushes.

The Sony MDR-10RBT gets you about 75 percent of the way to the Beats Studio Wireless for a lot less money.

Sony MDR10RBT Wireless Bluetooth Headphones [Review]

The last pair of headphones I checked out from Sony was the MDR-ZX750BN and while they packed a ton of features for its nice price point design wise I felt they could have used a bit more. Maybe Sony heard my prayers because they seemed to make some...

I’m actually more a fan of these then I expected. The simple but cool design, great sound and excellent added features. They feel like they were really put together nicely and the fact they are lightweight makes them even better. Only thing I really...

Excellent audio qualilty- Great battery life- Lightweight, comfortable design- Support for aptX- Support for High-Res Audio

Sony MDR-10RBT

Once we'd set the Sony MDR-10RBTs up – the pairing process was very easy – we were able to listen to our tunes. In addition to the Bluetooth connectivity we tested, Sony has added NFC (near field communication) connectivity to the Sony MDR-10RBT...

Sound quality

Lack of padding

Sony, arguably, created the idea of high- quality portable headphones when it launched the Walkman back in the late 70s. And the Sony MDR- 10RBT wireless headphones hit the spot for portable entertainment buffs.

Great wireless headphones AFTER you do this...

Let me just say the first time I used these phones I was unimpressed both via bluetooth and wired! I was thinking refund right away. My Sony earbuds sounded better and had more bass response. That's until I read the instructions.

Excellent build quality, soft cushions, awesome controls

Phone conversations somewhat muted

Best BT headphone for the money

I can wear these 'cans' for hours since they are so soft and light weight. It's easy to setup, just tap to your NFC enabled device and boom! You're set. I bought these from the Sony Store in Vegas before they shut down and I got a good deal (a little...

Light weight, excellent sound (& staging), easy controls, well built, long battery life.

Around Ear design and warm/hot weather makes your ears sweat.

ANOTHER GOOD QUALITY, LOW PRICE HEADPHONE

I have both this SONY headphone and BEATS headphone. I like the BEATS better because it has more BASS. But then Sony is half the Price.

COMFORTABLE, GOOD SOUND, GREAT NOISE CANCELLING.

NOT ENOUGH BASS FOR MY TASTE.
