The Arctis 9X is one of the best Xbox headsets you can buy, but it's not great for PC

Solid gaming and music audio ; Premium aluminum design ; Xbox gaming is a dream ; Retractable, noise cancelling microphone

Ear cups are too shallow ; PC gaming is a pain ; Soft bass

The Arctis 9X delivers solid sound wrapped in a premium design, but its wireless issues and shallow ear cups can be frustrating.

Restrictive since they're designed to only work with Xbox One. Poor noise isolation. May fit tightly on some users. No microphone support on any console when used wired. Not compatible for PS4 and non-Xbox One Wireless enabled PCs. Inconsistent bass...

Very comfortable and aesthetics of the device are excellent.

Simply do not work. Saw reviews claiming connectivity issues and assumed ‘faulty sets mine won’t be like that’ - turns out it’s a design fault and makes them completely unusable. Disconnects from Xbox continuously mid game and is very difficult to turn...

Amazing comfort, incredible sound, dual channel Bluetooth is a very nice touch, well built.

Cannot unpair headset from your console so that you can use them just for your phone, when doing those chores around the house and you want to listen to a podcast or tunes.
