Best trackball keyboard I've tried to date

I've tried several wireless keyboards over the years, and can honestly say this is the best choice if you require an integrated trackball. The bottom of the keyboard has two recessed curved sections which are handy when you rest the unit onto your laps,...

My second one

I bought my first one 3 years ago to use with a 9-inch Netbook. I've always hated touch pads, and mice don't work well in your lap. There just are not enough full size wireless keyboards with integrated trackballs! (Many others are 'mini' keyboards,...

Pretty good

This is a nice keyboard. It is used with a media PC. For the most part is works well. Two things that are a bit annoying are sometimes having to restroke keys or shift not making and fine movement of the trackball sometimes is finnicky.

Good product

Works great. A bit of a learning curve using mouse two-handed, but mostly an intuitive design. The reset button is far too easy to accidentally press. I ended up disassembling the keyboard and trimming the length of the reset button. Problem solved....

Pretty good product

The keyboard does a great job for what I mainly bought it for, which is operating 50ft away from the computer with a wall in the way. I have yet to get some of the specialty keys to operate, but I emailed customer service on that and we'll work it out...

dissapointed.

Everything about this keyboard is great but the sleep/power saving thing just makes it completely worthless. Too bad becasue its a great product but if it doesnt work then what can you do. Ive tried contacting adesso but nada.

Would be perfect if it didnt go to sleep

What can I say. The sleep function makes this keyboard absolutely WORTHLESS as a wireless keyboard. I might as well just got a wired keyboard. Any time you want to do anything, you have to get up and go press the button on the USB reciever and then...

Flimsy

Wish I spent more money and got a better designed/build product.

Generally functional

Expensive for the build quality (very flimsy). Sync button not protected well enough - easy to press by accident and then spend minutes having to deal with re-syncing

Failed after days

Great product concept for HTPC users

Keyboard started sending random key commands after a few days of use. The computer was unusable even with the mouse due to menus opening and hotkeys activating. Replaced keyboard with another and problems disappeared

UPDATE REVIEW: For people having problems

1) Insert a small neoprene washer to the bottome with double sided tape to shield the ID button. 2) Press the LEFT MOUSE BUTTON to wake the keyboard up..... stop pressing the ID button! 3) Clean the sticky off the bottom of the feet and apply CONTACT...

This keyboard is one of the BEST keyboards for HTPCs

Just a few small annoyances.... read other thoughts

Decent Keyboard

For the price a very good media center solution. Have had no problems with wireless interferences or standard use

The trackball is very light and does not roll smooth. My biggest complaint about this keyboard was the feel of the trackball. I am getting used to it though. Also when typing very rapidly some letters will get missed. I think this is wireless lag...
