Razer Huntsman Mini Review

Ultra-reduced footprint ; Razer optical switches ; PBT keycaps ; Lighting changes and keycap "sideprints" help you navigate extra shortcuts ; Detachable USB Type-C cable

Can't remap essential key combos ; A little pricey versus some 60 percent alternatives

Razer's 60-percent-design Huntsman Mini brings the comforts of a gaming keyboard (and of Razer's Synapse software) to mechanical-keyboard minimalists and serious esports contenders.

Razer Huntsman Mini Review: Onboard storage and tiny size for the win

Today we're looking at the brand new Razer Huntsman Mini, the first 60% keyboard from Razer. This keyboard rolls with official Razer Optical Switches, Doubleshot PBT Keycaps, and its own onboard memory. It's also lit up with Razer Chroma RGB rainbow...

Compact size ; Aluminum construction ; Clicky or Linear Optical Switches ; Reliable performance ; Onboard memory

Learning curve ; Priced for pro gamers

Razer Huntsman Mini review: Decent, but 60% keyboards aren't for everyone

Razer is the latest company to join the 60% "craze" and our Huntsman Mini review takes a look at their first 60% optical gaming keyboard.

Compact size, great for portability or small workspaces ; Solid aluminum construction ; Two switch options ; Anti-ghosting and N-key roll-over ; Game mode option ; Hybrid onboard storage for up to 5 keybinding profiles

60% form factor isn't for everyone due to smaller size ; Most functions need to be used with Fn key ; Expensive

Razer Huntsman Mini Review: Programming Remains the Bane of Mini Keyboards

The Razer Huntsman Mini is Razer's smallest keyboard ever, shrinking the features of the popular Hunstman and BlackWidow lines down into a semi-standardized 60% keyboard layout. It's a solid little board, with more features than I would have expected,...

Tiny size and weight ; Standard layout ; Detachable USB-C cable

Very limited programming ; "Rattle" noise on every key ; Expensive

Razer Huntsman Mini review

The Razer Huntsman Mini keyboard works well for competitive play, but the lack of a function row and traditional arrow keys takes some getting used to.

Like the Huntsman Tournament Edition keyboard before it, the Mini does what it promises. It shrinks the standard keyboard down to 60% of its size while maintaining its full functionality through secondary commands and configurable setups. However,...

The Razer Huntsman Mini keyboard's "60 per cent" layout is smaller than usual. Great for some gamers but it takes time to get used to.

Razer Huntsman Mini Review: 60% Gaming Keyboard With Optical Switches

Who's a cute Huntsman?

Light optical switches ; Textured, shine-free PBT keycaps ; Removable cable ; 5 onboard memory profiles ; Software customization option

Doesn’t feel rugged for the price ; 60% form factor means no dedicated arrow keys

The Razer Huntsman Mini carries the brand's standout optical mechanical switch into its first 60% keyboard. With each key's light feel accompanied by premium doubleshot PBT keycaps, it can be great for both gaming and typing.
