Consumer review (newegg.com)

decent buy, on sale

i would reccomend this if you A) dont use the num pad at all B) can live with red green or blue leds and C) its on sale really cheap

really nice key action, 5 different settings for brightness/parts of keyboard lit, game/work function locks out windows key and menu key

if youre looking to buy this because you like the customizable color, dont. you can get 5 or 6 distinct colors out of it but its a pain. couldnt get it to produce a white color.. just some washed out teal.. otherwise nice sturdy keyboard. lack of num...

Good keyboard

Overall good keyboard keystroke feels great will keep using it for a will! I recommend it.

The software included with the product is poorly designed and the windows key is disabled in gaming mode and you cant activated it if you want and you can't change the color in PC mode

Solid board, fits our requirements.

-I'm happy to purchase and recommend Rosewill, it's great to see a company who's doing such a great job of competing with larger names, and I've been pleased with every product I've tried, because of this I will continue to support them. I've purchased...

+Sturdy construction +10-keyless, getting rid of the numpad in order to save real estate and, in my opinion, lead to an overall sleeker and economical looking board . It's only a preference, but if you do a whole lot of number crunching with your pc...

-The "Gaming mode", "Caps-Lock" and "Scroll-Lock" indicator led's are not customizable and will remain blue. You can see this in the product images, and so long as you are a fairly savvy shopper and thorough in your research, this should not prove to...

Rosewill RGB80 BR

So glad I did my research and choose brown mechanical switches. I almost went with blue before doing research and blue is more for typing than FPS gaming. Was thinking about getting MX Cherry RED switches but read those are bad for typing. Apparently...

- Can change between pretty much any color you want for LED black light also the keys light up that color too! - Can change between 5 preset colors on the fly - Can have different macros for 5 different profiles - Comes with clear see through keys that...

- Did not receive my clear A key disappointing because now I cannot use them for my WASD and Q and E if I want too! Would love to know if I can somehow get the clear A key shipped to me. Since it did not come in a sealed bag. - Can only switch between...

First Mechanical Keyboard

I was using a membrane keyboard for awhile and found that it started to not respond as well. I like the brown switches on these compared to the "clicky" blue ones. I liked how bright the LED lights were on this keyboard but would liked it to have a...

Nice bright lights ; Responsive (This is my first mechanical keyboard I've owned so I'm not sure how responsive other people want a mechanical keyboard to be) ; They give free clear keys for the A, S, W, D keys and for the Arrow keys and the Q and E...

REALLY BRIGHT ; Some colors aren't really that great (Put the keys teal and had it on the lowest brightness possible but when I went brighter, it ended up being blue) ; Wish I can change the color of each key individually ; Not much choices on colors...

Good for the Price

I haven't played with the software yet, but changing the keyboard colors isn't a huge deal to me.

One of the big selling points of this keyboard was the price, second I wanted one that had a detachable USB. The changing lights seem pretty cool and I'll mess with them at some point

The brown switches seem somewhat inconsistent in their tactile feed back. It's really odd. The F key seems to have more of a bump feel than the J which almost feels linear. I've typed on some MX cherry browns before, and I felt like they gave a little...
