Very good keyboard

I'd use a Logitech keyboard, but none of those have all the features of this keyboard. I reverted to using this keyboard after finding that the Logitech K350 had poor connectivity and a keyboard layout I dislike.

Firstly, I received this keyboard free from Targus (sponsorship of a team) ; It's a nice light-weight massively functional keyboard. I'm currently using almost all of the function keys along the top (repurposed some of them for other functions). The...

They don't make a wireless version

Perfect

I think i should stress this a little further. The sound dial is Exactly what i was looking for. It seems to work flawlessly, theres no lag when using it, its large and obvious, and it's fun to use. I often find myself playing with it like a turn...

Worked out of the box ; Works with perfectly linux ; Sound control works perfectly with any computer i have plugged it into thus far ; Quiet. (my typing won't bother other people in the room) ; All the media keys work with all front most programs...

Very nice

works great in linux including shortcut keys and volume I thought the volume thing would be stupid but I actually kind of like it.

keys are all where I like them ; lots of shortcut keys ; keys feel really nice

The feet! The feet that flip out are very flimsy and I broke one off the third day I had it, I glued it back but it doesn't sit completely flat anymore

Great and cheap

This was a great keyboard for those looking for a more traditional laptop feel. Note to those: These keys are slimmer than most "slim" desktop keyboards. That is exactly what I wanted, though. Enough media keys without overloading the keyboard. Simple...

Not a con for me, but maybe others. Not many media keys or extra functionality

Not a scissor-switch keyboard

I haven't attempted to use the custom drivers, as everything works more or less out of the box in Windows 7. Defer to other reviewers for their opinions on this topic.

The keyboard is very attractive; the black and silver color scheme is nice on the eyes. The multimedia keys are small and stay out of your way. For a keyboard with this many functions shoved into it, it's got a rather small footprint ; The keyboard is...

I purchased this because it looked from the pictures to be very similar to a certain other manufacturer's discontinued line of inexpensive, slim scissor-switch keyboards. Be forewarned that in spite of being "slim" this is not a laptop-style...

Keyboard

The first thing I noticed on this keyboard in the photo was the volume control which I thought was stupid, because in the past I've only bought the most basic keyboards. However, the design actually makes a lot of sense for when playing games (no more...

It has a lower profile than I'm used to working with, so it's going to take some to get use to it

Targus Keyboard

Nice keyboard, works great without included drivers.

Nice solid keyboard. Feels good, keys are low-profile and responsive. Media controls are great. Works great without included drivers

The driver disk that came with this was a mess. I tried to use it in hopes of being able to reprogram certain keys to do different functions. Ended up starting a repeating error message upon install in Vista Home Premium 32-bit

Great keyboard

I'm currently using this keyboard on a machine running Ubuntu and all of the hotkeys worked perfectly as soon as I plugged it in. Wasn't expecting that.

Very sleek. Love the low profile laptop style keys. Hotkeys aren't gigantic and ugly

sweeeeet

Great sweet looking/feeling keyboard. Slim, sleek, wicked cool. Did not need to install the CD for multimedia buttons

Tried installing the CD first but created an error message every time windows stared. Removed the software and multimedia keys work perfectly

Great

If you play games that require a lot of keys being pressed at the same time, you'll definitely have problems - not a very good key rollover on this one.

The keys are impressively quiet. Has all kinds of media keys, from back/forward internet navigation, to play-pause-stop for music, to even pulling up the Calculator program. Looks slick too.

This keyboard MAY take some getting used to. If you've been using one with high-rise keys, the position of your hands might feel strange at first. It seems like the keys are also positioned just differently enough to throw you off at first. Great once...
