Review: Asus Eee 1002HA

Just like a trailer park mom squeezes out youngins, Asus has been popping out netbooks. Its latest, the 102HA, seems like it might be the...

Brave design makes the Eee look less like a toy. MultiTouch-type technology added to the trackpad for easier scrolling. Asus bumps the screen up to 10 inches, giving you a bit more room

Screen is still tiny, while the laptop itself is tubbier than the original Eee. Rocker mouse button is uncomfortable and not as responsive as it could be

ASUS EeePC 1002HA

The EeePC 1002HA is the fastest and most battery-efficient ASUS netbook yet, thanks to some crafty overclocking software.

Gunmetal is a welcome look in a netbook. Overclocking software is included. The 92 percent keyboard is on a par with the Wind's. Achieved excellent battery life on a two-cell lithium polymer. Bright 10-inch widescreen. Under $500.

Lacks a six-cell battery. Could use more features.

Review Asus Eee PC 1002HA Mini-Notebook

The Neverending Story… After all the Eee PC models Asus has rele

Very solid workmanship; Robust and stable aluminum case with noble design; Silent system noise; VGA out for external screen; WLAN, LAN, bluetooth; Notebook bag included; Display brightness (with eeectl); Non-glare display; Good temperatures even under...

No optical drive; Surface around the screen is sensible to fingerprints; No UMTS; Moderate display brightness without eeectl tool

The competitors do not sleep and make life hard for the Eee PC. Not only the Acer One and the nc10 are competitors of the Eee PC 1002HA, but also the Wind from MSI and netbooks of other manufacturers. They all want their own part of the netbook cake.

Asus Eee 1002HA

The latest in Asus's ever-expanding line of Eee netbooks is a welcome addition to the fold, and much more to our liking than the 901 model we reviewed in December.

Stylish, high-performing netbook with a roomy HDD, and three USB ports

Still on the pricey side. Keyboard no match for the HP Mini 1000’s

We dig the Eee 1002HA’s newfound sense of style, more comfortable keyboard, great battery life (for a two-cell), and kick-ass Photoshop scores. We still think the Acer Aspire One is a cheapskate’s best friend and the HP Mini 1000’s keyboard is beyond...

Asus Eee PC 1002HA Netbook Review

I fell in love with the Asus Eee PC range of netbooks since the launch back in 2007.

I love the 1002HA, mainly for the decently big screen size while still being barely the dimension of an A4 document and being less than 3cm in thickness. I can tolerate the awkward right-shift button.

Asus Eee PC 1002HA Review

The Asus Eee PC 1002HA is the updated version of the Asus Eee PC 1000H. The best part about the netbook is sleek and thin design at only 1 inch thick and in a nice looking brushed aluminum case the netbook looks outstanding. The battery is only 2...

ASUS Eee PC EPC1002HA-BLK006X Brushed Aluminized Intel Atom 10.0" WSVGA 1GB Memory 160GB HDD Netbook - Retail

It is really worth the buy! :)

lightweight, fast, reliable, does everything I bought it for no problem. (Word processing, Surfing the web, and playing old video games like Starcraft, Diablo 2 as well as newer ones such as World of Goo, and Plants Vs Zombies)

If to much pressure is exerted on the keyboard it freezes (easily avoidable) It started doing a weird stuttering thing and reinstalling windows xp was a pain however it was pretty easy. Just search up "installing xp on eee pc via usb stick" and you...
