Nice Laptop - wouldnt know that it is a reconditioned item. Very light and compact. Works really well Wi-Fi wise and is just what I wanted.

There is no volume control on the unit itself. Have to use the control on program or operating system.

An excellent laptop, with excellent features, well designed and fit for purpose.

Doesn't last long unplugged, around an hour but I that's not unusual for laptops in general. Be careful about having on your lap for too long as can overheat and shut itself down.

The battery life indicator which tells you how much battery power you ahve left is a good asset. Having MS Office built in is good even if you do not use it / register to pay for it.

The battery life of one and a half hours per time appears quite short when working on-line.

I keep having to reinstall software to get things like printers to run properly on it.
