Bought this item a month ago. Within first 3 weeks the laptop randomly restarted several times when in use, mouse pad would freeze and sometimes wifi would not work. Received a replacement laptop and arrived broken as something was rattling and loose...

Easy to set up and did initially run a little slow, but once all the major updates were completed it started to run much faster/smoother. This is a good computer for basic internet and computing requirements.
