EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

 

SO 2 PROMISES OF UP-GRADES ,2 FAILED REPAIRS I TOLD DELL TO CANCEL REPAIR. THEN DELL PROMISED TO REALLY MAKE SURE IT WAS FIXED THIS TIME. I MUST ADMIT DELL DOES A FINE JOB AT PLAYING THE CUSTOMER. SEEMS IT'S A LOT OF WASTED TIME. MAYBE TOO MANY RETURNS...

IT'S A MACHINE, AND THINGS DO GO WRONG. THE PROBLEM IS WITH DELL SERVICE. IST TIME SENT IT IN BECAUSE IT WAS GETTING HOT , AND OMITTING A PUNGENT CHEMICAL SMELL. BTW I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE UP-GRADED WITHOUT ME SAYING ANYTHING. SECOND TIME DELL WAS...

Not as Advertised

 

As with all Dell computers, this is no different, and I would not hesitate to purchase another. Fast processor, nice sized screen

Not as advertised by Newegg. When I booted the computer, it booted to the logon screen, with user name of Alex, and wanted a password. If this computer had indeed been refurbished, should the OS not have been reinstalled
