Bad Screen; Impossible Customer Service

Buy the extended warranty. My screen problems did not appear (or I didn't discern them) until after the usual warranty had expired.

Great Dock, Laptop Problem

I understand that this is a great setup, but the laptop fan rattling sound appeared randomly (Never dropped, handled with utmost care). I paid 2300 for this machine it should not have an rattling fan 1 week in. Overall I am currently disappointed...

-Great Dock (No problems) -Nice Setup (Portable Laptop, its a great machine tbh) -Compatible with a high end g card (Got myself a gtx 960 evga and it is beautiful)

-Noise (Laptop is noisy but I don't mind the regular fan sound) BUT the gs30 fan started rattling (Off Axle,or something??) AND the dock is on solid ground.... -Nothing else, other than maybe price?
