HP Envy 15 x360 Convertible Review

Twisted. The Envy 15 x360 is almost an exotic species, as 15.6-inch convertibles are few and far between. HP uses the computer's attractive case to tempt customers, but the manufacturer is neglectful when it comes to the hardware.

Stable 360 degree rotating hinge, Lots of storage space, Case hardly warms up at all, Lit keys

TN display with unstable viewing angles, No maintenance hatch, Only 12-month warranty, Expensive

When it comes to performance, thanks to the Core i5 processor, the HP Envy 15 x360 certainly isn't lacking. The computer hardly warms up at all and is at least capable of running quietly. The latter is only true if the user enters the BIOS and...

HP Envy x360-15t Touch Convertible Review

Jealous? The HP Envy 15-u001ng wants to make other convertible users jealous with its 360-degree hinge and the metal case. Read our review to find out why this is probably not going to happen.

Metal chassis, Nice, restrained design, Sturdy 360 degrees hinge, Four different operating modes, Great battery runtimes, Performance is completely sufficient in practice, Decent port variety, Gigabit-LAN, Low case temperatures, Huge clickpad, Full HD...

Only one year warranty, Slow WLAN module, No maintainability, Indirect typing experience, Clickpad takes time getting used to, Visible contact grid of the touchscreen, Strong blue cast of the display, Constant fan noise, Constantly clattering hard...

The HP Envy 15 x360 really offers the full range of emotions for the author and probably the future user: You will love some features of the device, some will take time getting used to and some are a bit disappointing.

HP Envy 15 x360

A multi-talented machine with a mid-range price – how does HP's latest hybrid fare?

Good-looking exterior ; Decent Core i5 processor ; Long battery life

Awkward tablet mode ; Disappointing trackpad ; Poor screen quality

The speakers are better. There’s a little too much bass, but the crisp high-end helps redress the balance.

HP Envy 15 x360 review

It looks good, but falls between stools

Stylish metallic design ; Decent Core i5 processor ; Impressive battery life

Heavy compared to other hybrids ; Mediocre keyboard and trackpad ; Disappointing screen quality

A good-looking machine, but it's disappointing as a tablet and a laptop.

HP Envy x360 review

Impressively flexible, but the screen and touchpad on the HP Envy x360 could do with some improvement

HP Envy 15 x360 review

A 15in laptop with more flexibility than most, HP's latest takes the challenge to Lenovo's Yoga range

Initially, the HP Envy 15 x360's effective, poseable and competent core hardware had us optimistic about its prospects, but despite good performance and decent ergonomics, the screen is a real sticking point. Ultimately, there are better-balanced...

If it wasn't for the wifi my only complaint would be that I cant add ram. It seems that 8 gig is all it supports'

fast, sleek, touch screen is very responsive

keeps blowing out wifi. not sure if it's the laptop or router. And I can't get the internet provider here to set the router up. I hope it's not the laptop. I see all over the internet with people having these problems
