Update to previous review

Overall, the computer itself is great, but try getting the computer with the XP software.

The computer itself looks very nice, and the features on the compture are awesome

The problem with the computer is not related to the actual hardware; rather, the problems are related directly with windows vista. Basically, vista sucks. You can't erase wmp 11 or ie7 because these are part of the OS, and there are a lot... a lot......

Great notebook!!!

Need RAM upgraded to run faster. The DVD eject button is hard to reach. The power source is so hot.

Exellent laptop ; Nice screen, nice Quickplay touch keyboard ; Huge Hard Drive for storage

Some garbage programs make it run a bit slow ; Start up needs at least 4 mins ; 60-days Microsoft Office Trial

Possibly The Best Laptop For The Money?

What I Think: I've used computers for over 25 years. I've owned many laptops and this is by far the best Windows deck I've owned. First off it's beautiful. Made well and rugged, lighter than most it's size, gorgeous bright screen, 15.4 WXGA, ...

Fast processor, extreme good looks, rugged construction, HP's history of quality, price.

Vista, 5400rpm HD, 1 gig of memory, annoying fan noise due to processor heat.
