good spec laptop, performs well.

touch pad could be better

Worth paying extra for bigger screen and greater resolution. Still lightweight and easy to move round. Good ease of use.

Need more USB ports, at least 4 (fitbit tracker, wireless mouse, printer cable and spare). Keyboard (grey on silver) hard to see in strong light. Keep silver exterior but provide white-on-black keyboard.

Not crazy about Windows

Love the size of the screen.

It is very quick to boot up, and the keyboard has a good fee[ about it

there is too much software loaded on a trial basis. I prefer to add what I want rather than have to delete that which I will never use

Rapid SSD even more quicker and more storage when you remove the windows 10 bloatware.

Unfortunately we had to return this laptop. I have owned silver laptops in the past and they have always had black keyboards with white lettering. Unfortunately this model had silver keys with relatively small grey lettering. This may be fine in...

Its light for its size, picture quality is good, Its could do with more usb ports though.

This machine keeps shutting down every few minuets, then requires a password to wake it up, dam anoying. I have had to find out how to stop this....Such a bad "default setting" Also, I read the spec as a backlit keyboard, but, it has a backlight...
