I ordered this for work use directly from HP. com. I recieved it via FedEx. Not even two days later, the dispaly goes black. I can plug it into an external monitor to see what i was doing. I called tech support, they told me they couldn't do anything....

Great computer but lacks touchscreen

 

I was all excited to get my customized computer until it arrived and I was disappointed the promised touch screen was not on the computer. That's the whole purpose I customized it. It is lightweight and it works very well.
