Lenovo ThinkPad E560 Review

The Lenovo ThinkPad E560 has almost 8 hours of battery life and a comfortable keyboard, but it doesn't stand up to the durability standards of other business laptops.

Comfy keyboard; Strong performance; Very good battery life; Clear audio

Not MIL-SPEC tested for durability; Dull display

Lenovo ThinkPad E560 (Core i3, HD) Notebook Review

Enduring worker. Our present model of the ThinkPad E560 is aimed at price-sensitive users. A bit over 500 Euros (~$553) has to be ponied up for the device. The buyer gets a Core i3 processor, long battery life, outstanding keyboard and two Windows...

matte screen ; runs quietly ; low temperatures ; decent casing quality ; very good keyboard ; docking port ; very good battery life

dark screen ; 12-month warranty only

Our present ThinkPad is a low-cost member of the lineup. The installed Core i3 processor has more than enough computing power for office and Internet applications. The laptop usually runs quietly and barely heats up. It would be easy to swap the...

Lenovo ThinkPad E560 (Core i7, Radeon R7 M370) Notebook Review

Successful evolution. For the first time, Lenovo equips a ThinkPad from the E500 series with a high-quality IPS display as well as a graphics card with fast GDDR5 memory. The price including SSD and i7 CPU is still below 1,000 Euros (~$1096) – is it a...

decent case quality, excellent keyboard, optional docking solutions, high-contrast and high-resolution IPS display with wide viewing angles, very good application performance, low noise development, good price-performance ratio

mediocre color reproduction of the display, limited upgradeability, slight throttling under maximum load, only 12 months warranty

After the excellent result of the ThinkPad E460, the E560 continues the good performance and Lenovo is once again (depending on the configuration) able to offer a comparatively inexpensive entry-level model without bigger issues. Besides the, as usual,...

Good Laptop with a few inconviences

This laptop is a good choice, but I feel that you should be able to get similiar performance for cheaper. I feel like this laptop has decent everything, decent amount of ram, decent screen, decent audio, decent graphics, decent battery life. There...

Quick boot up long battery life stays cool even while gaming Run League of Legends on medium settings very well Trackpad is responsive and great, when working Fairly quick computer not a ton of bloatware

The edges are rather sharp making it uncomfortable to use on your lap at times. The trackpad sometimes stops moving the mouse. The clicks and scroll still work but the mouse wont move. Slow streaming even when plugged in to an ethernet. My other laptop...

After having a terrible experience with a MSI laptop, it's such a pleasure to have purchased this Levono product. As a very satisfied customer, I would highly recommend this product.

Overall, this computer is well made and I am most pleased with the quality. The screen is crystal sharp with great resolution. The setup went flawless and the configuration was easy. I have to say that this is without a doubt the BEST laptop purchase...

The only "con" that I have is not a deal breaker; however, the DVD drive could have been better constructed.

Decent laptop

I've purchased quite a few ThinkPad's over the years, had been worried the quality would go down after IBM sold the company but so far I've been pleased with the newer TP's I've gotten. Unfortunately this unit has a touch pad with the left and right...

Price, decent performance, feels quality.

Integrated buttons in the touch pad.

So Far, So Good!

Great product. The only thing I miss is the old start menu.

Four failures, disappointed

I've had this laptop for about a month and it has failed me four times. One day, after leaving it closed and asleep for a couple of hours I opened the top and could get no response from it ... black screen of death! The next two incidents were total...
