When I first received the laptop I was amazed at how quickly it started up and opened programmes, particularly Outlook; definitely on par with a MacBook Air. The keyboard is great and makes typing much easier.

This didn't last long however. In the three weeks I've had the laptop the display driver has failed about 6 times and I have also had to forcibly close down the laptop twice as everything froze and I was unable to open any documents or the web browser....

Boot up fast.

trackpad makes me go nuts. I have updated to the latest drives but haven't resolved the issues. sometimes go un responsive and have to restart the pc. screen is not great either for the price tag. no hdmi port and have usb2 (2) ports all-round.

just the brand name. not impressed

track pad is not functioning well all the time. layout of the keys are different to most laptops. Screen is awful. camera is not good too.

It is generally a good laptop with a good number of usb ports to plug stuff in. So far so good, the performance is okay and once you get used to the new keyboard and trackpad design (for older Thinkpad users), they are not bad at all and comfortable to...

The DVD drive is quite noisy when a disc is in it. The keyboard has lost some of the good features of previous Thinkpad keyboards e.g. the back/forward buttons - the new backspace as a back button has not quite been well thought through based on UX....
