Lenovo ThinkPad W510

Sometimes size does matter. You'd never describe Lenovo's Thinkpad W510 as "thin and light." It's a bulky, heavy beast--a laptop with a 15.6-inch, LED backlit display that weighs as much as some 17-inch laptops. What you get with that bulk is a...

Auto color calibration for workstation graphics ; Excellent CPU performance for a laptop

Touch interface is wonky and difficult to use ; Surprisingly poor 3D performance

Lenovo's 15.4-inch workstation-class laptop offers excellent an CPU and a good display, but the Windows 7 touch interface and 3D performance aren't great.

Do I have to be satisfied with my "early adopter" woes? A good question, though one can only hope at the least that all of these bugs will be patched via updates. All in all, an early purchase of such a notebook will be something that I will have to...

Review Lenovo Thinkpad W510 4319-29G Notebook

Workstation in 15 inches. When searching for an efficient laptop

Very good performance; Classic Thinkpad design; ThinkVantage tools; Comprehensive communication configuration; Good input devices

Temperature development; Short battery life; Performance loss in battery mode (high-performance profile)

The courage to stick to the tried and tested, and stay up-to-date in terms of technology, anyway.

Amazing Deal

For the money this is a professional grade PC.

Got this machine for a great price. This is an amazing PC. Ram can be upgraded to 8GB for faster performance and an SSD made this PC fly. Overall this is an amazing PC

Great Laptop and Price

Overall happy with my choice to buy these and I would do it again

I ordered 4 of these laptops. The Laptops came looking barely used, in great condition and worked the way they were supposed to work

I received the wrong power adaptors for 3 of them and had to buy them else where to get them going. Would have been 5 stars if no power adapter snafu. Also, you only get one power adaptor for everything it would be nice if you got one for the docking...
