This is my third or fourth Sony laptop (going back more than a decade). I've heard that they have bad customer service, but since I've never called them on anything, I wouldn't actually know Pros: Very lightweight, very rugged, nice bright screen ...

I bought this computer about 6 months ago because, as an IT professional, I need to be able to support Windows Vista. After shopping around, this seemed like a good Vista machine - which I suppose it is. The problem is just that - it is a good Vista ...
