Crashes to often, office updates will not load and had to rebuild it from factory default unlikely to buy another product

The email help is very very poor and needs urgent overhaul. The keypad is a pain it simply dose it'sown thing.

Sleek, light and very easy to use.

This laptop is sleek & powerful enough to meet all my needs which is heavy if not too intensive usage. The battery lasts several hours & the laptop is easy to carry around. Although it cost slightly more than I wanted I think getting an i5 core...

The screen is very reflective so working in very bright environments can be problematic. Normal indoor light is fine however. The lid of the laptop seems to scratch easily, I'd recommend buying a sleeve for it!

Easy to use, comfortable to sit on lap, fast, good at multi tasking, feels comfortable to use. screen quailty is amazing, the speakers are very powerful for a laptop.

Their is alot of software updates!
